Food Link Donation
The Foundation presented a check for $500 to the Food Link, Inc., of Annapolis Maryland, an outstanding organization that strives to alleviate hunger in communities by linking vital resources to families and individuals in need. The funds are targeted to their Emergency Baby Pantry program, which provides the basic essentials and proper nutrition to the babies and toddlers of families in emergency situations. Unfortunately, there is an ever-increasing need from hospitals, caseworkers, churches, individuals and support agencies to meet the urgent needs of babies suffering from poverty, domestic violence, teen pregnancies and unexpected family crises. The OCF is pleased to be able to partner with the Food Link, in the spirit of Olivia.
