In Loving Memory
Everyone here at the Olivia Constants Foundation have very heavy hearts today with the passing of our dear friend Kim DiGiovanni Aluisi.
An incredible woman, successful business owner, a loving mother, wonderful wife, and most of all to us, she is a cherished friend. To those of you who might not know, Kim was instrumental in encouraging us to start this Foundation. She saw the need for it, had a vision of how the Annapolis community would unite in good works done in memory of a sweet 14 year old. Kim was one of our biggest cheerleaders as she served on the board up until the time that she needed to focus on battling the cancer that was ravaging her body.
As Kim was with all her friends, she would do anything for you, and when you had Kim on your side, nothing was impossible. She embraced the spirit of Olivia and helped to grow the Foundation. We here at the OCF will never forget our time together with Kim: the joy, the tears, the fellowship.
Kim’s battle with pancreatic cancer is also a reminder that so much more needs to be done in order to change the abysmal survival rate of pancreatic cancer. Today and in the days to come we will mourn the passing of our dear Kim, truly a very special person. We will remember what a kind, loving person she has been and she will forever have a place in our hearts.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Jimmy and Frank and their family. “The Lord gives his people strength. The Lord blesses them with peace.” Psalm 29:11
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you in my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10
