Held at “The Whiskey” in Annapolis, the bands Medora, Anderson, Stiletto, and Floozie, rocked a sold out audience that raised money through ticket sales, raffle items, and an auction of a meet and greet with Mac Miller at an upcoming concert in Baltimore. Ben Fisher of Stiletto performed “For Olivia”, a song that he wrote for Olivia. The evening was a resounding success!
Maddie Dredger, a childhood friend of Olivia, received approval from South River High School to form an official Olivia Constants Foundation Club at the high school. Maddie believes this will be a great way to not only keep Olivia’s spirit alive but also to be able to give back to the community through service and volunteering. We couldn’t agree more.
Ms. Leslieanne Brannigan’s 8th Grade class at Severn School concluded a fundraiser in honor of Olivia over the Christmas break. The students held an ice-skating party at the local ice rink and raised over $800 for the Foundation. Fun was had by all who attended. It was an awesome job by the 8th graders, who arranged everything from organizing to managing the party.
