2017 Creating Change through the Arts Contest Winners
We completed our "Creating Change through the Arts" contest with the Anne Arundel County Public Schools. It was an opportunity for students to communicate to their peers about creating change, through their artwork. Thanks to everyone who participated in this contest. There were so many heartfelt, personal expressions in their artwork. We have three winners, and they will each be given a cash award. In addition, the OCF will match each of their awards with a donation to a charity of their choosing in the same amount.
Our winners are: Talia VanNostrand (5th Grade - Solley Elementarry School) Allison Thomas (6th grade - Crofton Middle School) Jordan Tharpe (11th Grade - Meade Senior High School) Sorry, no pictures of their artwork today. We will be unveiling their artwork with the AACPS at a later date!!
